Longines Ultra-Chron Classic
The LONGINES Ultra-Chron Classic, reference L2.537.4.72.2, is an automatic timepiece featuring a 37 mm stainless steel case and powered by the high-frequency Caliber L836. This self-winding mechanical movement operates at 36,000 vibrations per hour, offers a power reserve of approximately 52 hours, and incorporates a monocrystalline silicon balance spring. The sunray silver dial displays hours, minutes, seconds, and a date window. Water-resistant up to 5 bar. Scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with multilayer anti-reflective coating on both sides. Fitted with an alligator leather strap and pin buckle. The model pays tribute to the original Ultra-Chron Diver introduced in 1968, highlighting LONGINES’ pioneering role in high-frequency timekeeping.
