Longines Ultra Chron Classic
In 1968, LONGINES introduced the Ultra-Chron Diver, the first dive watch equipped with a high-frequency movement. At the time, LONGINES was already recognized as a pioneer in high-frequency technology, having created the first timing device capable of measuring 1/10 of a second back in 1910. In 1959, the brand developed its first high-frequency movement for watches. This model features a round stainless steel case with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal that has a multilayer anti-reflective coating on both sides, measuring 40 mm in diameter, with a lug width of 21 mm and a thickness of 10.95 mm. It is water-resistant up to 5 bar and weighs 133 grams. The watch houses an automatic movement with caliber L836, offering hours, minutes, seconds, and date functions. The stainless steel bracelet is secured with a double deployant clasp featuring a micro-adjustment system for a perfect and secure fit.
