If you are a Consumer (i.e., a natural person purchasing goods for purposes unrelated to any trade, business, craft, or professional activity) and are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may withdraw from the contract and return one or more products no later than 14 days from the date your order was delivered.

Important: The right of withdrawal is strictly reserved for Consumers; it does not apply to purchases made by companies, businesses, or professionals using a VAT number.

How to Request a Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply notify Tomasini Francia of your decision before the 14-day deadline with an explicit declaration:

- Using one of the contact forms available on the website

In your communication, please specify your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Providing a reason for the return is optional.

Return Procedure

Upon receiving your request, our Customer Service will send a confirmation email with instructions to proceed:

• Timeline: You must send back or hand over the products to Tomasini Francia within 14 days from the date you communicated your decision to withdraw.
• Instructions & Courier: The authorization email will include the necessary documents to enclose in the package and instructions for the designated courier pickup, or directions on how to ship the items independently.
• Packaging:We recommend carefully packaging the product, preferably using the original box and packaging materials received.

Product Condition and Integrity

The product must be returned intact and in compliance with the following conditions:

• The product must be returned complete with its original packaging, documentation, manuals, and original warranty certificate (where applicable).
• The product must not show signs of use or handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
• Any original security seals or tags must remain intact and attached to the product.

Diminution of Value & Exclusions:

• Missing original packaging or use beyond a standard inspection does not void your right of withdrawal, but it may result in a reduction of the refunded amount corresponding to the diminished value of the product.
• Exclusions: The right of withdrawal is excluded for custom-made or clearly personalized products requested by the Customer (e.g., custom engravings or irreversible resizing). Simple and reversible adjustments (such as adjusting a watch bracelet length) do not exclude the right of withdrawal.

Return Shipping Costs

Direct costs for returning the products are the responsibility of the Customer.

Refund Times and Methods

Tomasini Francia will refund all payments received from the Consumer, including initial standard delivery costs, within 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

• Payment Method: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise and provided no additional fees are incurred by the Customer.
• Withholding Refunds: Tomasini Francia reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned products are received or until the Customer provides proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
• Supplementary Costs Any additional costs resulting from a Customer's explicit choice of a non-standard, more expensive initial delivery method will remain the responsibility of the Customer.
