Legal Guarantee of Conformity (New Products): Protects consumers for 24 months against the seller for any original lack of conformity. This operates alongside any Official Manufacturer’s Commercial Guarantee or GARAN Label where provided by the manufacturer.
Legal Guarantee of Conformity (Pre-Owned / Used Products): We provide full 24-month coverage on our pre-owned items as well. Product conformity is assessed taking into account the condition of the item, its age, and normal wear and tear as detailed in the product listing.
Commercial Guarantee of Durability (GARAN): This is an additional guarantee offered directly by the manufacturer for specific brands and models, which supplements your legal rights without replacing or restricting them.
