      Montblanc Doué Classique Meisterstück Around the World in 80 Days Ballpoint Pen

      The Meisterstück Around the World in 80 Days collection is inspired by Jules Verne's famous adventure novel Around the World in 80 Days.

      The Doué Classique ballpoint pen with gold-finish metal cap and dégradé anthracite lacquer body draws inspiration from the second leg of the journey, from Bombay to Yokohama.

      In this adventurous second leg, the protagonists travel on a majestic elephant, which appears in a cartouche on the cap. The gold-finished metal cap bears an engraved motif symbolizing good fortune.

      The clip sports a red lacquered ace of diamonds, representing Fogg's bet to make the journey in 80 days. The top of the cap features embossing of the length of the journey, 25 days from Bombay to Yokohama and 80 days in total.
