  SLGA009 captures the tranquility of the white birch forests near the Shinshu studio, where Grand Seiko Spring Drive watches are made. Looking closely at the dial allows you to feel like you are visiting one of these forests, bringing you closer than ever to the true and eternal nature of time.

  The aesthetic of the watch is known as the Evolution 9 style and has been an important part of the Grand Seiko signature style for years. The imposing hands combined with the fluted and protruding markers ensure perfect readability, while the Zaratsu polishing, anti-distortion mirror finish and delicate brushing give the case a soft and harmonious shine. The wide lugs of the case and its low center of gravity allow the watch to sit comfortably on the wrist, ensuring an excellent fit.

  The Spring Drive watch is equipped with the new 9RA2 caliber which offers a power reserve of 120 hours and an improved accuracy rate of ±0.5 seconds per day.
