Breitling multifunction watch for all your activities. The Chronomat holds a special place in Breitling's history. Introduced in 1984, at a time when ultra-thin quartz timepieces were all the rage, Breitling took a bold gamble on a mechanical watch with imposing dimensions. Inspired by the Frecce Tricolori chronograph, which had been I was developed and launched in 1983 in collaboration with the famous Italian air squadron, the Chronomat celebrated Breitling's centenary in grand style and marked the return of the mechanical chronograph to its rightful place of prominence at the brand that had built its global reputation on these incredible watches. Available in a variety of materials, the Chronomat features a 42mm case and the iconic bezel with the four horsemen. This specific version mounts a stainless steel case with platinum bezel plate paired with an ice blue dial. Available only with a rubber strap, this Chronomat is powered by the Breitling Manufacture Caliber 01, a COSC-certified chronometer.
