  Japan sees many changes in the expression of nature as the seasons pass, and Grand Seiko seeks to capture the essence of these changes through striking dials made in-house. The snow-white dial of the SBGX355 is meant to suggest the serendipitous beauty of nature in the area near the Shinshu Watch Studio where it is produced. Thanks to craftsmanship, it features a detailed pattern not unlike that traced by the wind on snow, which could be seen on the Hotaka peaks in winter. The blued steel seconds hand creates a beautiful contrast with the pure white dial. The 37mm case and bracelet are made of high-intensity titanium, which is even more resistant to abrasion than regular titanium and wears very lightly on the wrist.
