Grand Seiko Heritage Hi-Beat
A mechanical high-beat watch that depicts the fantastic scenery of an icefall on the dial This creation features the classic case design of a mechanical Grand Seiko with a diameter of 40mm. The dial evokes an ice waterfall that can be encountered in mid-winter on Mount Iwate, the imposing peak visible from Grand Seiko Studio Shizukuishi, home of Grand Seiko mechanical watchmaking. These frozen waterfalls are a natural phenomenon, whereby water cascading downward gradually solidifies when the temperature drops below freezing. This fantastic scene is depicted on the dial through a dynamic and detailed pattern, as well as an exclusive ice blue color. The case and bracelet are made of High Intensity Titanium, a metal 30% lighter than steel and highly resistant to rust, corrosion and scratches.
