  This classic spring-wound model is the work of the artisans and craftswomen of the Shinshu Watch Studio in Japan's Nagano Prefecture. The studio is surrounded by the snow-capped Hotaka Mountains for several months of the year. In the dry, crisp air, blown by the wind across the slopes, the snow exhibits a very special delicacy and light, captured beautifully by the finely crafted surface of the dial. The blue hardened steel seconds hand moves in a simply perfect scrolling motion, an unmistakable signature of the Spring Drive, reflecting the continuous, eternal and splendid nature of time.
